I'm back on the stuff as of today. Zoloft, that is. Took it for postpartum depression for a period after my daughter was born, but then successfully weaned myself off and felt great. But lately, with everything I have on my plate, I felt that I wasn't perking up every morning like I was before. This time it's mostly for anxiety.....being a full-time, work-at-home mom with two kids and a very sick cat ain't as easy as it looks! Like you didn't know that already. Ha.
So, to be proactive about keeping my husband around and my kids from hating my guts, I decided it was either Zoloft or become an alcoholic. I choose Zoloft.
Hopefully it wont be for forever, but for right now it feels like the best choice. So hopefully soon I'll be back to my old, sassy self.

You actually tried the cruise control? LOL
I hope the meds work. I know you werent feeling yourself.
1 more week and I will see you! I'm so excited for a girls weekend, I hope you can come out with us one night.
I have also tried cruise control at low speeds and am very disappointed that it doesn't work. LOL
How does everyone get to do all these giveaways!???! I wanna! I wanna! lol!!! Omg, I've been on Prozac for years...recently (today) Dr doubled my dosage. Sounds like you and I need to steer clear of eachother!
There's no shame in taking meds when we need them. I take Zoloft, too, whenever I find myself wanting to curl up in a fetal position and stay there. It's always helped.
also never set cruise control when it is raining and driving through puddles...you can hydroplane. Kids might enjoy flying through the air-you not so much. It might require a change of pants!
I love you! I miss you guys terribly. Nothing wrong with taking mood enhancers when you need them. I've been thinking about getting on something for anxiety myself. I worry ALL the time.
