Music videos I'm embarrassed to love

So you've read the movies I'm embarrassed to love, and some of the music artists I'm embarrassed to love, so here's some of the music videos I'm embarrassed to love...click to watch each of them, and then click the back button. Do they even make "videos" anymore? Well, fuck it. We still have our past.

Let's reminisce.

The Moody Blues - Your Wildest Dreams. This song introduced me to the Moody Blues, which happens to be my mother's favorite band of all time. She was the hypothetical woman in this video...minus the "relationship." She partied with the Moody Blues, more than once. I remember seeing this video as a kid and being mesmerized.

Bon Jovi - Wanted Dead or Alive. Okay, I know I'm a loser. You don't have to say it. But this video is too cool. Plus, my husband and I love to put our fingers up and head bang to this song in the car while our kids watch us with utter horror. They don't make videos like this one anymore. This, people, is real footage of the Bon Jovi tour. No makeup or photoshopping, and lots of sweat, headbands, and hairspray. Ahhh, to be back in that year, with a tight spandex skirt and no underwear....oh wait.....I was only 12 years old back then.....

Richard Marx - Endless Summer Nights. You guys know I have a thing for Richard Marx. God....where did that come from? I dunno. Maybe it's the crotch pumping he does in those tight jeans? Maybe it's the feathered mullet? Or maybe it's the chick in the video with saggie boobs and no bra on? Whatever. It's hot.

The Police - Wrapped Around Your Finger. Think about how brilliant this video was back then. Lots of candles. Darkness. Sting (yum!), barefoot, in white. Perfection. More, please.

George Michael - Father Figure. 1987. Before he came out. Which means we chicks could still lust after him without being made fun of. And the model in the video....remember her? Holy crap. She's unbelievably hot. I'd totally fuck her if I was a guy. Remember the rough tongue kissing? The bedroom lovin? Those scenes were soooo risque back then! George Michael started the "rough-shaven" look in 1987, and it still rules the crowds today. I think this is one of the sexiest videos of all time.

Dont laugh.

Let's not forget the french rolled pants, the very full and voluptuous mullets, the cross earrings. LOL These do bring back memories. Kevin is just young enough he doesn't remember much of this stuff. Boy did he miss out.

It seems like you can't even see music videos anymore. I think MTV might play them from 1-5am???

I have a thing for Richard Marx too. Not like a crush thing, I just really like his music. Such perfect sappy ballads.
